2010 - 2011 Religious Education Registration

 
Registration for the 2010 - 2011 Year is now open for both Existing and New Families Registered as members of St. Joseph's Parish. Registrations will end on Monday, June 16, 2008.

Registration Packets will be given to each child attending class beginning in May.  In addition for your convenience the Registration Materials are on the Website as follows:

  1. There are 2 Forms that need to be completed for each Family:

    • Registration Form:               Registration Form

    • Emergency Contact Form:    Emergency Contact Form

You will notice that each of the Forms is a PDF Fill-in Form.  This enables you to fill-in the information on-line and then Print the completed Form by clicking on the Print Button.  You may also save these Forms to your personal computer.

Once you have completed your Registration Forms, please attached a check payable to St. Joseph's Religious Education along with any other requirement material (e.g. Baptismal Certificate) and either mail the forms to our office or bring them to the Religious Education Office.

They cannot be emailed back to the Religious Education Office.
